Preparation（准备）

Thephysicianswabstheknee,injectsanumbingmedicationandpositionsaspecialX-raydevicecalledafluoroscope.

InjectingtheDye（注入造影剂）

Tomakesurethemedicineinjectiongetstothespaceinsidethejoint,thephysicianfirstusesaninjectionofdye.Thedyeshowsuponthefluoroscopeimage.Ifthedyepoolsinthesofttissueatthefrontoftheknee,thephysicianadjuststheneedleplacement.

为确保药物注射到关节腔内，医生首先注射造影剂。造影剂在荧光机上可以显影。如果造影剂位于膝关节前方的软组织内，医生可以调整针的位置。

FindingtheTargetArea（寻找目标部位）

Whenthedyereachesthetargetarea-thespaceinsidethejoint-thephysicianisreadytoinjectthemedication.

当造影剂到达目标部位——关节腔，医生就准备注射药物。

InjectingtheMedication（注射药物）

Therearofthesyringeisremovedfromtheneedleandasyringefilledwithalocalanestheticandsteroidisattached.Thephysicianinjectsthemedicationintothejoint.

将注射器后方的针筒从针上取下同，连上抽满局麻药和激素的针筒。医生将药注入关节。

EndofProcedure（操作结束）

Thelocalanestheticandsteroidsolutioninthekneejointwillreduceinflammationandpain.Theinjectioncanberepeatedifnecessary.

局麻药和激素溶液在膝关节内可减轻炎症和疼痛。如有必要，可重复注射。
